How to Place An Order?​

It's easy, just click on any item on the "SHOP" page and place in your cart, go to check out and enter your information in the secure PayPal check out and you will receive and invoice with your purchase information and notice will be provided to our receivable department for processing and shipping.

Credit Card payments can be processed by using Paypal.com. Send payments to Podium Bound with the user name: podiumbound123@gmail.com

Check payment should be calculated to include merchandise and shipping and can be send to our mailing address as follows:

Cash payments are accepted by our sales team in person only and should never be mailed. Just complete an order form and provided the amount due. If product is not in stock it will be ordered at next scheduled order date and you will be notified via email.

Payment & Shipping

Once payment is received and confirmed we will begin the processing of your items for production and then shipping.

If we have your requested items in stock it will be shipped out by the 5th day. If item(s) are out of stock and requires production, items will be delivered 4-6 weeks. Once items are ready for shipping we will contact you via email.

Secured Ordering & Payment Options

We use PayPal for secure ordering and payment options. Just add your products to the shopping cart and once ready to purchase select buy. You can also send payment from the PayPal website at www.paypal.com to our username: podiumbound123@gmail.com

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us immediately by email @ PodiumBound123@gmail.com.

Return/ Exchange Policy: For an exchange of items, contact must be made within 5 days of delivery of item(s) or merchandise. Prior to returning items, please contact us via email to discuss resolution. Items must be in unused quality and product labels must be on each item and in excellent quality for resale to return for exchange. Remember that you the buyer are responsible for shipping cost of returning the merchandise or items.

Refund: For a full refund, contact must be made within 5 days of delivery of item(s) and merchandise must be unused and product labels on each item. 

We will do our best to fix the problem and if needed replace the item(s).

If you have any problem with the item, email us immediately, we address all issues within 24 hours and most concerns are resolved the same day.
